I am an experienced coach and psychotherapist particularly interested in how life events challenge us to look again at our lifestyle.
On-line Coaching available
As a professional coach I have seen how coaching helps people to decide what they want to change and more importantly why they want to change.
Together we will explore in a structured way:
- What goals you want to achieve.
- What’s happening in your life now.
- Why you want to achieve your goals.
- The options you have to make change happen.
- The steps that you feel you can commit to bring about the change you want.
If you would like to learn how to self–coach.
